Hairich Beauty — Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or completed.

However, exchanges or store credit may be offered in limited cases, subject to eligibility.


ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for an exchange:

The wig must be unused
Lace must be uncut
Item must be in original condition and packaging
No styling, alterations, or product use

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Custom-made wigs
Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered
Lace that has been cut or customised
Coloured or customised units
Sale items

Once any modification has been made, the item becomes a final sale.


COLOUR VARIATION

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, camera quality, and screen display.

This does not qualify for a refund or exchange.


WIG SIZING

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct wig size.

If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering for guidance on how to measure.

Hairich Beauty is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected at checkout.

If a wig needs to be resized due to incorrect sizing, this will be treated as a paid alteration service.

Additional charges will apply for resizing or remaking the unit.
Return shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request an exchange:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for the request
Wait for approval before returning the item

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

After inspection, we will:

Approve an exchange, or
Issue store credit (if applicable)


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Hairich Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo or video evidence

If approved, we will resolve the issue accordingly.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

After this window, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.


PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES

All payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be issued minus processing fees.


POLICY UPDATES

Hairich Beauty reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes take effect immediately once posted.
